AlumniStack is not a recruiting firm. We host a small set of approved recruiting partners who can browse anonymized alumni profiles and request intros, brokered by our operator with the alumnus’s consent.
How it works
- 01ApplyTell us about your firm, what you place, and a few sample reqs. Takes 4 minutes.
- 02We reviewEvery application is reviewed personally. Decision within 1–3 business days, by email.
- 03Browse anonymizedApproved recruiters see last company, role, level, comp band, urgency. No PII.
- 04Request intros — we brokerClick a profile. Our operator confirms with the alumnus, then brokers the intro.
Ground rules (summary)
- ·No scraping or bulk export.
- ·No contacting alumni outside the platform unless we broker the intro.
- ·No reselling profiles to third parties.
- ·Respect the alumnus's stated comp band, work mode, and urgency.

Why we’re selective
Alumni share their profiles with us because we promise curation, not exposure. We keep the recruiter cohort small so alumni see intros that actually fit, not a flood of misaligned outreach. If your firm focuses on a specific function or geography where we have density, you’re likely a good fit.
