It stays inside AlumniStack. Stored with encryption at rest and in transit. Never sold. You can request deletion any time on the privacy page.

Every match here is curated personally — no algorithm, no automated matching, no recruiter middlemen.
How fast do I hear back after I submit?
We review every submission and reach out when there's a real match. No automated email blasts, no fake matches, no spam. If there's nothing yet, we keep your profile in the network and ping you when something fits.
What if I'm not actively looking, just exploring?
That's fine. Mark “Open to chat” or “Just browsing” on the urgency field. We'll keep your profile in the network but won't push you into roles you're not ready for.
Can I update or delete my profile later?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation email or write to hello@alumnistack.com with what changed and we'll update it. Profiles auto-archive after 90 days of inactivity — reply to any of our emails to extend. To delete sooner, use the deletion link on the privacy page — your record is removed within 7 days.
